Originally from Puerto Rico, Pastor Selena Reyes-Martinez grew up in, and was ordained by, the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). She has a B.A. in Business Administration, a Master’s in Divinity, and a Master’s in Finance. Bi-vocational, Pastor Selena has worked across the non-profit and ministerial sectors. She’s been an Assistant Director, Financial Analyst, and Staff Accountant in several non-profits. She’s also served as Moderator, Treasurer, and Trustee. Currently, she serves as our Pastor, a Hospital Chaplain, and Support Pastor for the FL Disciples Regional Church. Raising her child in English churches, Pastor Selena yearned for her Latin roots. As a result, she and her family planted NCCC as an effort to join culture and language for a growing Latin-American community, where bilingual families can worship together. She lives with her husband and doggie in Central FL.
